  9. Order Cost is the total amount of funds to pay for a specific Order after an Expert has been assigned.
  10. Escrow refers to the financial agreement in which the Company controls monetary transactions between the Customer and the Expert.
  11. The Service is the value provided by a Writer within a specific timeframe, according to the Customer’s educational requirements.
  12. The Product is the result of a delivered Service and is intended for learning and understanding purposes only.
  13. Order Revision is a request made by a Customer to edit the final version of the Product.
  14. The Quality Assurance Department (QAD) is the team of editors responsible for evaluating and protecting the quality of the Company’s Products and Services.
  15. The Support Team or Support or Admin is the team responsible for coordinating and assisting with Orders and Services.

Our Terms and Conditions

We grant access to our services through our website GradePals.com, mobile website, and mobile application, to individuals referred to as customers. Access is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which may be revised periodically by us.

1. Placing an Order and the Order Process

You can complete your order by filling out the form from our website. This order form has various details, such as delivery terms, order parameters, and the scope of work. While filling out, ensure you give accurate information as guided by this order form. The move will prompt the expert to give you the right product. 

The company can still re-evaluate the details to ensure the customer gets the right deal. In case of any mismatch, the support team will harmonize that section to ensure they give the customer the right product. 

We measure the volume of work by the number of words. Before we deliver the product, we ensure we are within the given word count. If there is a page mismatch or less or more words, the client can request a revision to adjust accordingly. 

The client can liaise with the support team to request any changes suppose the expert writer is yet to begin the work. If you want to make extra changes, you should pay for them before the expert begins to enforce them. 

Generally, here are the guidelines for our orders:

  • The client should supply the sources within 30 minutes for the orders due within 12 – 24 hours.
  • The customer should give the sources within one hour for the orders due within 24-72 hours.
  • Issue sources a day in advance with any order with a 72-hour deadline. 

In case the client fails to give the materials within the deadline, then there will be a time extension or must make an extra payment. Also, the company does not take responsibility for incorrect or changed instructions. 

The client should use the messaging system when contacting the support team or the expert. When you place an order with us, you will be acknowledging that you will have to wait for some hours before getting a response for the expert.

You should use your personal account when tracking the progress of your order through a support team available 24/7. The good news is that the customer can access the profile of any expert writer and pick the best to do the job.

When ordering your service, avoid using abusive, illegal, threatening, obscene, violent, or harassing sentiments.

2. Direct Customer-Writer Interactions

The company does not interfere with any interactions between the client and our expert except for the following cases:

  • To verify if they are complying with our terms of service.
  • To improve service delivery or
  • As stated in our policy.

Our clients should know that we provide services to facilitate learning, not cheating. For example, you agree that you are not hiring an expert to take quizzes, do assignments, or write papers for you. In addition, you agree that you are not using our services intending to violate academic honesty, your workplace, or any other institution like schools, colleges, or universities.

Delivery of an Order

The company will meet the deadline as indicated in the order. The client should provide the right contacts to receive the final product on time. The company does not take responsibility for the wrong email provided by the client, internet outages or spam filters, or anything beyond the company’s control. The client should contact the support team for better assistance with order delivery.

The client is responsible for downloading the serviced product on time as soon as we deliver. We deliver orders through our completed service tab or in-app service tab. We will send you an email with a link to this tab to download.

Before approval, the customer should review each order carefully. There will be no revision request after eight days. This is in line with our refund policy.

Order Revision

Before you want your revision done, use our company’s email or messaging system to receive a free revision request. Suppose the customer misses the revisions request deadline, then one must pay for additional charges. The quality Assurance Department may decline the revision if the request contradicts order instructions.

Use of the products

One should agree that the product is for non-commercial or personal use only before making any payment. You should not display or distribute this product in a manner that limits personal use. The intellectual properties of the product remain with the company.

3. Order Payments and Discounts

Before getting our service, you must agree to pay for the order. You should use a payment card at least six months before expiration. We will still ask you to provide a photo of your credit card. We offer confidentiality on this part.

You should check for our pricing before making your payment. We will only act on your order after payment. We also give bonuses or discounts to our customers according to our policies. The client can still use the promo code to complete the order form. The company gives equal opportunities to all clients without favor or exceptions.

After completing your order valuation, the company may request additional money or time based on the final review. Suppose the customer wants to withdraw the order; according to our policy, there will be a refund.
